Currently craving: salads, fruits, and all things delicious - fresh from nature!

Despite my constant conversations on desserts and my sweet tooth, I’ve been eating fresh lately… and I like it!

Eating fresh was never so hard for me. I like to find balance between getting my sugar fix to eating enough fruits and veggies for the day.

I’m not sure if it’s because our summer has been lasting so long (it’s still so hot and I’m sweating as I type this entry), but I constantly find myself munching on fresh vegetables and ripe fruits throughout the day.

Luckily, I’ve got places like Marché des Eclusiers and other local farmers markets to keep up with my cravings.

  1. That salad does look scrumptious. On a really hot day–I munch on water melon and drink lots of iced tea. I happen to love all fruits and veggies winter, summer, spring and fall.
