Who wants cookies? Caring is sharing and there’s plenty to go around with our Cookie Monster Chocolate Bark.
I’ve been trying to get more creative with my recipes. Being a parent has got me running around like nobody’s business – but it’s no excuse. I feel the creativity burning inside of me. I figure, with better time management, I’ll find a way to whip up more meals and desserts.
Now that I’m a mama, I’ve got Sesame Street on the back of my mind. I grew up watching those furry little monsters, so it was only natural for Leo to do the same.
I recently came across a bag of royal blue candy melts in my pantry. I was feeling inspired and asked myself, “What could I do?” And so came about Marble Crumbs’ Cookie Monster Chocolate Bark.
This bark is easy to put together and will be a hit with the kids. Are you planning any themed birthday parties? Whip up this recipe and place it on a tray. Your sweet-tooth monsters will be grabbing for seconds and thirds.

This cookie bark is so cute! I love how easy it is and my 2 little ones would love it. Well…the 3rd would too but I don’t give her much sugar yet. (Let’s keep that between us?! ;)) Anyone would love how this tastes. Seems perfect for a birthday party.
How cute is this!!! My friend threw a cookie monster party for her son a few years ago and came up with some great ideas. I will have to show her this one!! Great easy recipe too
Omg this is so cute! My son is too old to appreciate this but I have a friend with a little one who knows who cookie monster is. I will have to make this for him.
This is a really cute idea and I love anything chocolate so this is perfect for us. MY daughter has been asking for me to try something like this and this popped up, it must be meant to be. I will have to head to the store and pick up what we need to make this, thanks for sharing!
Oh wow! HA! HA! These look so much fun and probably quite deliciously sweet! I can’t believe how easy they are to make as well! Can’t wait to try them!
The cookie monster chocolate bark are really exciting and cute. They are likely to fuel the imagination of kids who are gonna love it. Brought back memories of my mom going to great lengths to keep us kids excited and happy.
These look so fun and delicious! I am sure these will be a hit with the kids!
Aww .. these are the sweetest! Love the blue color and googley eyes. My grandson is coming to stay with us this weekend and I’m sure we’ll be putting your recipe to good use! x
That just looks absolutely too cool. I have never been a big fan of different types of barks. But this looks like one I would definitely make. Having cookie monster bark with cookie bits just sounds too perfect.
Oh my gosh this has got to be the cutest thing ever. How fun for kids to make and experience and then, of course, eat it. Bark’s are so simple. I think the cookies on this one put it over the top adorable.
The cookie presentation was done so well. Cookie Monster is one of my favorite characters in Sesame Street. I’ve never come across royal blue candy melts. What exactly are those and where did you get them? Is there a specific brand you recommend?
